Get a well-stored can of ravioli from your favorite local retailer. While at your local épicerie, get hold of some Truffes de Périgord – Your Revered Chef recommends at least 500g.
Heat the ravioli in a saucepan for 15 min, serve and generously add the grated truffles.
Although a complete waste of truffles, this dish is still a culinary experience not to be missed!
